PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS

Adjudicator Smart Scheduler:

Smart Schedular

Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of your adjudication process:

  • Streamline fact-finding by pre-scheduling information exchange sessions with all interested parties.

  • Issue advance notices of upcoming fact-finding appointments to all interested parties.

  • Help Adjudicators save time in scheduling appointments and creating documentation for BTQ purposes, and devote more time to gathering facts and rendering eligibility decisions more quickly.

  • Provide Adjudicators the ability to create their own custom Appointments Schedule, depending upon their availability, with the help of configurable business rules.

  • Use the Smart Scheduler equally effectively in other public facing sections of the agency such as Appeals and Employment Training Services.

Auto Reminder Dialer:

The auto dialer is an automated tool that telephones the claimant prior to an appeal hearing to remind them of the day and time of the appeal hearing. The auto dialer reduces the number of dismissed or postponed hearings and ensures greater due process in the appeals arena.

PROGRAM INTEGRITY

Benefit Payment Control Case Management System:

This case management system provides UI fraud investigators the automated tools they need to manage and track cases assigned to them for review. The system reduces handling by automatically assigning cases to investigators based on a set of parameters. The system interfaces directly with the core benefit system and capitalizes on the reporting and non-monetary functionality of the core system.

SymbioSys’ Benefit Case Management System was built with the flexibility to operate either as a peripheral system that works independently but in conjunction with any UI benefit system or as a fully integrated component within any UI benefits payment system as it is in New Hampshire.

Overpayment Recovery Case Management System

This case management solution completely automates all of the functions associated with recovering benefit overpayments. Automated functionality in this solution includes the creation of case records, generation of demand letters, tracking of due dates and payment plans, history of all recovery transactions, notifications to staff when due dates or payments have been missed, workload oversight, and reports on demand.

SymbioSys’ Overpayment Recovery Case Management System was built with the flexibility to operate either as a peripheral system that works independently but in conjunction with any UI benefit system or as a fully integrated component within any UI benefits payment system as it is in New Hampshire.
