The Rhode Island Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) hired SymbioSys Solutions (SymbioSys) to perform a Feasibility Study to identify the most effective solution to modernizing the legacy-based computer system the OCSS was using to deliver child support enforcement services in the State of Rhode Island. In its performance of the Feasibility Study, SymbioSys was tasked with performing a careful review of the current operating environment and automation support at OCSS; soliciting and articulating OCSS’s current and future business needs; and conducting an in-depth analysis of all available options, including Cost-Benefits, to identify the best modernization solution for RI.
SymbioSys exceeded our expectations. The staff was exceptional, they offered guidance when needed and navigated the child support participants through many detailed fact-gathering meetings. They not only made the process interesting, they provided comprehension reports after each meeting. They were both professional and personable. This, as well as all the experience, hard work and attention to detail made the project a success.
